Mental performance coaching

What is stopping you from reaching your full potential?  Can you perform in practices but not in games?  Does a mistake you make during a game lead to more?  Do you have game anxiety?

All of these inhibit your ability to consistently perform at your best and ultimately prevent you from achieving your goals.  

Our minds are powerful, and depending on how we use them, it can make us or break us. Our ability to stay in the present moment no matter the circumstance is not only a very difficult task to do, but also the difference of playing at our best or not.


We coach athletes so they are able to become self-aware of the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that influence their self-confidence and ability to stay present, as each athlete is unique and different from the next. With the regulation of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are beneficial, an athlete can expect to become more self-confident, increase their ability to live and play in the present moment, and ultimately experience performance excellence.

I am a sport performance coach who has experience working with college and high school athletes. I have consulted athletes that are part of team sports as well as individual. I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge and graduated with my masters degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in coaching/sport psychology from California State University, Chico. Along with having the education background, I have also been an athlete majority of my life. I have played basketball for 15 years and am current professional basketball player. I have played at the junior college, Division II, and Division I levels. With my education and my experience as an athlete, I help athletes not only from a research based perspective, but from personal experience as well.

I care about helping athletes reaching their full potential through the use of sport and mental performance coaching.  With my experience, I am able to provide consultation services that facilitate excellence in sports and I am committed to helping athletes achieve their goals.
